Joeri Koole showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raymond Prins in the 39th minute of the match. Joeri Koole didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luc Heuving went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Vuilendam booed when VV Succes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Job Roeles didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Vuilendam eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
