Jimmy Stenberg was slow to take the kick. During this time SV Balverliefd's players had a chance to rest. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Henk Veerman managed to get in a good position for a shot. SV Balverliefd's supporters rose to their feet, but Henk Veerman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the SV Balverliefd defense, Bruno Marceau kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yorrick Zoethout. The SV Balverliefd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yorrick Zoethout should have stopped the shot. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melker Gudmundsson in the 18th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Yorrick Zoethout successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. SV Balverliefd's Yorrick Zoethout played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Marceau in the 24th minute of play. Yorrick Zoethout didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FFC Merainies 03's Łukasz Zwolinski shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. When SV Balverliefd's Henk Veerman, in the 29th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for SV Balverliefd. 35 minutes into the match, SV Balverliefd's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Craandijk came free, but Yorrick Zoethout reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yorrick Zoethout made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Łukasz Zwolinski sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd minute Leon Craandijk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yorrick Zoethout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Łukasz Zwolinski got free with Yorrick Zoethout in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FFC Merainies 03's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fabio Botello in the 48th minute. The corner led FFC Merainies 03's Fabio Botello to fire away a dangerous shot which Yorrick Zoethout despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Łukasz Zwolinski made the kick off in the second half. Yorrick Zoethout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Łukasz Zwolinski in the 51st minute of the match. Bin Lavine made in the 54th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Kevin Tevreden however managed to control. With a little luck, FFC Merainies 03's Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu got control of the ball when Henk Veerman tried to sneak it across the goal line. FFC Merainies 03's Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save FFC Merainies 03 from getting a goal against them. Yorrick Zoethout stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Łukasz Zwolinski's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. After having played for 64 minutes, Henk Veerman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SV Balverliefd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henk Veerman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruno Marceau in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yorrick Zoethout saved SV Balverliefd from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Emiliano Caiola managed to get in a good position for a shot. SV Balverliefd's supporters rose to their feet, but Emiliano Caiola was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 78th minute Łukasz Zwolinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yorrick Zoethout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Łukasz Zwolinski put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Yorrick Zoethout. FFC Merainies 03's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabio Botello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the FFC Merainies 03 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
