But to his dismay, Ogunmola Olagoke Ohajuruka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 11th minute, Okelola Etafia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute Kingsley Apam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Obialo Onyemachi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Adegun Chimezie Akandu came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Cheddar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adegun Chimezie Akandu couldn't finish the play. Kingsley Apam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Obialo Onyemachi having to interfere. Obialo Onyemachi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kingsley Apam went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Obialo Onyemachi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kingsley Apam in the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Paulinam fc's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Oxel came free, but Obialo Onyemachi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulinam fc's Obialo Onyemachi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kingsley Apam in the 32nd minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Kingsley Apam had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Obialo Onyemachi. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kingsley Apam to make the kick off. Cheddar's supporters rose to their feet, but Adegun Chimezie Akandu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Obialo Onyemachi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 82 minutes into the game, Kingsley Apam recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Obialo Onyemachi. Kingsley Apam showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-10. In the 87th minute, Kingsley Apam ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Obialo Onyemachi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. The supporters of Paulinam fc booed when Cheddar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oniwor Babatope didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cheddar played a much better game than Paulinam fc and deserved their victory. The Paulinam fc players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
