Spectators: 10855 (Terracing: 8143, Seating: 2496, VIP seats: 216) Aron Ghinescu made the kick off and thus started the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonathan Sammut got free with Pankracy Zawacki in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Templars FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adelino Marques in the 4th minute. Pankracy Zawacki came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Templars FC's Stanislaw Koczara. But to his dismay, Stanislaw Koczara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 11 minutes Meerkats FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Adelino Marques who took care of the corner kick. Aron Ghinescu struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. André Courtois didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Meerkats FC. In the 21st minute, Templars FC's Stanislaw Koczara dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Stanislaw Koczara received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pankracy Zawacki came out and tried to block the shot, but Stanislaw Koczara slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 24th minute. In the 28th minute Amir Abou Jisser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Courtois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Meerkats FC's goalkeeper Pankracy Zawacki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Staffan Apelqvist. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Coleiro in the 31st minute of play forced Templars FC's goalkeeper André Courtois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pankracy Zawacki made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Jonathan Sammut sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Stanislaw Koczara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Templars FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Stanislaw Koczara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pankracy Zawacki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 41st minute of the game Stephan Lentini made a throw-in which Gilbert Incorvaia played forward. 46 minutes into the match, Templars FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amir Abou Jisser came free, but André Courtois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonathan Sammut to strike the kick off in the second half. Meerkats FC's Pankracy Zawacki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Sammut in the 53rd minute of play. 53 minutes into the game, Jonathan Sammut cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Pankracy Zawacki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aron Ghinescu in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg André Courtois saved Templars FC from getting behind. In the 57th minute of the match Meerkats FC got a corner. Templars FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Shaun De Battista ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Meerkats FC's Gilbert Incorvaia got a free kick in the 58th minute. The audience was convinced that Stanislaw Koczara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pankracy Zawacki was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Jonathan Sammut recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Stanislaw Koczara notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Meerkats FC's Pankracy Zawacki. Pankracy Zawacki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pankracy Zawacki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stanislaw Koczara in the 67th minute of the match. Alfred Coleiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Courtois having to interfere. Templars FC made a substitution. Francileudo Faarø replaced Flóris Rómer. 77 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Templars FC's Stanislaw Koczara fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Pankracy Zawacki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Wyrzykowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes into the match, Meerkats FC's goal looked a bit too open when Stanislaw Koczara came free, but Pankracy Zawacki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute of the match Templars FC got a corner. Meerkats FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Despite this Pankracy Zawacki quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 84th minute Jan Wyrzykowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Zawacki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led to Templars FC's Staffan Apelqvist getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Pankracy Zawacki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Wyrzykowski in the 88th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Meerkats FC's goal looked a bit too open when Stanislaw Koczara came free, but Pankracy Zawacki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Templars FC's Staffan Apelqvist managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Stephan Lentini in the 91 minute of the game. After 92 minutes of play, Templars FC's Jan Wyrzykowski made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pankracy Zawacki was left in no man's land by his defense there! Templars FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
