Winfried Spegele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Branko Bislimi in the 15th minute of the match. Winfried Spegele showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marko Cvetkov, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Rožden Partizan's zone, Branko Bislimi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Winfried Spegele came out of the goal and Branko Bislimi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20th minute, Marko Cvetkov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pedro Mosen hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. If Marko Cvetkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Branko Bislimi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barça's supporters rose to their feet, but Branko Bislimi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Winfried Spegele breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marko Cvetkov in the 45th minute of play forced Rožden Partizan's goalkeeper Winfried Spegele to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th minute, Marko Cvetkov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barça fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1.

The wind increased when Nathanaël Donne made the kick off in the second half. Winfried Spegele stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marko Cvetkov's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. If Nathanaël Donne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. Branko Bislimi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Winfried Spegele made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Rožden Partizan's Stoycho Karadashki got a free kick in the 90th minute. After 91 minutes of play, Barça's Branko Bislimi made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Winfried Spegele was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 94 minutes, Abd al-Aziz Sadmi mouthed his way into the referee's book.
