The Hurdcott AFC fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Hurdcott AFC's Timothy Hoffmann looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. In the 69th minute of the match, Timothy Hoffmann got a very nice opportunity to score, but Walter Winkler was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Luka König's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Walter Winkler read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Thom Feldmann kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. When Timothy Hoffmann came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Hurdcott AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timothy Hoffmann couldn't finish the play. Hurdcott AFC played a much better game than THE GIANTS - TKOL and deserved their victory. The THE GIANTS - TKOL players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
