In the 18th minute, Reflection's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Peter Guillou fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some careless play in the Reflection defense, Siegfried Brötzmann kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eddy Zimmermann. The Reflection fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eddy Zimmermann should have stopped the shot. Eddy Zimmermann came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Van Der Ley FC's Siegfried Brötzmann. But to his dismay, Siegfried Brötzmann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Peter Guillou succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 6-0 in the 30th playminute. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Peter Guillou put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Eddy Zimmermann. 41 minutes into the match, Peter Guillou notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Reflection's Eddy Zimmermann. Eddy Zimmermann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Peter Guillou in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eddy Zimmermann, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Siegfried Brötzmann's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 45thth minute, Eddy Zimmermann skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Stefan Hantzsch hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Eddy Zimmermann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Guillou in the 48th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Mark Klingelmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Van Der Ley FC fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Van Der Ley FC's Peter Guillou looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 57 minutes, Jasper Hahn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Reflection's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jasper Hahn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Van Der Ley FC's Peter Guillou in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Eddy Zimmermann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 80 minutes into the match, Mark Klingelmann notched a goal, 14-0, to the right of Reflection's Eddy Zimmermann.
