Spectators: 7329 (Terracing: 5498, Seating: 1686, VIP seats: 145) Adriano Tedeschi started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Fortunato Marcolongo came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the CAPUT MUNDI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fortunato Marcolongo couldn't finish the play. In the 9th match minute, CAPUT MUNDI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fortunato Marcolongo to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute Fortunato Marcolongo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anfilogino Trivelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 0-1 became the score in the 15th minute when Fortunato Marcolongo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Adriano Tedeschi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alfonso Bertini hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Anfilogino Trivelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fortunato Marcolongo in the 22nd minute of play. Anfilogino Trivelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adriano Tedeschi, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Latina Squalo's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Tedeschi came free, but Anfilogino Trivelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th match minute, Latina Squalo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmondo Granata to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adriano Tedeschi in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anfilogino Trivelli saved Latina Squalo from getting behind. Anfilogino Trivelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fortunato Marcolongo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute, Fortunato Marcolongo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fortunato Marcolongo in the 40th minute of play forced Latina Squalo's goalkeeper Anfilogino Trivelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in CAPUT MUNDI's zone, Eraldo Graziano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amerigo Cruciani came out of the goal and Eraldo Graziano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eraldo Graziano in the 49thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Amerigo Cruciani, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After the first half CAPUT MUNDI were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Amerigo Cruciani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eraldo Graziano, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Eraldo Graziano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute Edmondo Granata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amerigo Cruciani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Latina Squalo's Eraldo Graziano got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in CAPUT MUNDI's zone, Eraldo Graziano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amerigo Cruciani came out of the goal and Eraldo Graziano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amedeo Ranalli hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fortunato Marcolongo got free with Anfilogino Trivelli in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 75 played minutes Latina Squalo got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Bertini. Adriano Tedeschi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute Adriano Tedeschi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anfilogino Trivelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armando Malvezzi hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fortunato Marcolongo got free with Anfilogino Trivelli in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adriano Tedeschi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Anfilogino Trivelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, CAPUT MUNDI's Adriano Tedeschi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anfilogino Trivelli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Adriano Tedeschi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
