In the 9th minute of the match, Davide Cannone tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ferruccio Colangelo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 20thth minute of the game Davide Cannone who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lazio's Ferruccio Colangelo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Davide Cannone took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Ferruccio Colangelo to make any attempt to save it. Ferruccio Colangelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davide Cannone, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Davide Cannone in the 36th managed to get into a good position. In the 43rd minute Ernesto Minotti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferruccio Colangelo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Davide Cannone made a kick off. Angel Solera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roncalceci's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
