Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Fontanight's Christian De Felice started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edmondo Scivittaro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christian De Felice's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. The supporters of Magango booed when Fontanight was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armin Nobile didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Armin Nobile kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edmondo Scivittaro. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. In the 18th minute, Christian De Felice fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Christian De Felice had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian De Felice in the 26th minute of play forced Magango's goalkeeper Edmondo Scivittaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Christian De Felice's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edmondo Scivittaro was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Christian De Felice struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Edmondo Scivittaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fontanight. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The wind increased when Biagio Iacovacci made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Angelo De Angelis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christian De Felice fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmondo Scivittaro having to interfere. If Ennio De Cesaris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Magango's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christian De Felice was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 6-0 became the score in the 74th minute when Christian De Felice elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Edmondo Scivittaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ennio De Cesaris, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Edmondo Scivittaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian De Felice in the 80th minute of play. Ennio De Cesaris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Edmondo Scivittaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Armin Nobile came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Fontanight fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armin Nobile couldn't finish the play. In the 88th minute Ennio De Cesaris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmondo Scivittaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christian De Felice sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, Magango's goal looked a bit too open when Christian De Felice came free, but Edmondo Scivittaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edmondo Scivittaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian De Felice, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Fontanight fans cheered their team off the field, for while Magango had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
