In the 12thth minute of the game Comunardo Carozza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carpineti's Enzo Orlandi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Bellaria booed when Carpineti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adriano Malinconico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Comunardo Carozza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Orlandi having to interfere. The Bellaria fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Bellaria's Comunardo Carozza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Damiano Vasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Orlandi having to interfere. Enzo Orlandi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damiano Vasco went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damiano Vasco in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enzo Orlandi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damiano Vasco in the 36th managed to get into a good position. Comunardo Carozza might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enzo Orlandi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Comunardo Carozza ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Comunardo Carozza in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enzo Orlandi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Comunardo Carozza was the one to do the kick off. After 58 minutes of play, Bellaria's Damiano Vasco made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Enzo Orlandi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carpineti's Enzo Orlandi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damiano Vasco in the 61st minute of play. When Damiano Vasco came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Bellaria fans jumped to their feet. Claudio Raniolo kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Carpineti's Camillo Di Iorio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fortunato Pozzo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Carpineti's Enzo Orlandi got control of the ball when Angelo Staniscia tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 74 minutes, Comunardo Carozza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bellaria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Comunardo Carozza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carpineti's Enzo Orlandi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Carpineti from getting a goal against them. 78 minutes into the game, Ermanno Michelini was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carpineti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bellaria the free kick. After 78 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Carpineti! Damiano Vasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Orlandi having to interfere. Comunardo Carozza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Enzo Orlandi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
