After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Millán Serrano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trenno's supporters rose to their feet, but Millán Serrano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfredo Diana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Trenno's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because A.M GreenPeace 1971 had won, even though Trenno had held more of the ball.
