With an all-out effort, Sucangann's Fabiano Restaino threw himself towards the right post 3 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Amerigo Marzo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Amerigo Marzo had several of the Mirano's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 18 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Fabiano Restaino as he didn't even see the shot coming. With his leg Fabiano Restaino managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Sucangann's Aldo Rava fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 29 minutes into the match, Aldo Rava notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Mirano's Fabiano Restaino. Fabiano Restaino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Amerigo Marzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Restaino having to interfere. Carlo Bardella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Comunardo Gismondi in the 40th minute of the match. Aldo Rava sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute, Aldo Rava got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabiano Restaino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amerigo Marzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Comunardo Gismondi was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Sucangann's Daniele Locatelli got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Comunardo Gismondi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Carlo Bardella came out and tried to block the shot, but Comunardo Gismondi slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 56th minute. After a rather tough play, Sucangann's Fedele De Nardis got a free kick in the 64th minute. 67 minutes into the game, Comunardo Gismondi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carlo Bardella. Comunardo Gismondi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-2. Carlo Bardella made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emiliano Basile in the 70th minute. After 71 minutes, Amerigo Marzo made it 6-2 with a short kick to the right side. Mirano's Fabiano Restaino tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Mirano's Fabiano Restaino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amerigo Marzo in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute of the match Enzo Walcher shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabiano Restaino showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cristoforo Montaldi's late challenge caught a Sucangann's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristoforo Montaldi helped the player get up and apologised. Cristoforo Montaldi kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 7-2 when Aldo Rava sped through Mirano's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fabiano Restaino. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aldo Rava in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabiano Restaino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 93 minutes into the match, Mirano's goal looked a bit too open when Amerigo Marzo came free, but Fabiano Restaino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96thth minute of the game Aldo Rava who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mirano's Fabiano Restaino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
