Anfilogino Olmi ran back to his position shaking his head. Florian Finocchio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Enzo Menichini showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. After some careless play in the Bestagno defense, Enzo Menichini kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Florian Finocchio. The Bestagno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Florian Finocchio should have stopped the shot. When Ernesto Mastrocola came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Bestagno fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernesto Mastrocola couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernesto Mastrocola in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabrizio Farina prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 48th minute of the match, Emilio Poletti got a very nice opportunity to score, but Florian Finocchio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ernesto Mastrocola made a kick off. Fabrizio Farina made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anselmo Croce in the 52nd minute. A collision led to Calcio Bagge getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Anfilogino Olmi hit a great ball. 54 minutes into the game, Enrico Volponi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Calcio Bagge's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bestagno the free kick. The goalkeeper, Fabrizio Farina, was totally fooled by Bestagno's Federico De Carolis, who 55 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Cristoforo Di Giambattista charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristoforo Di Giambattista the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Florian Finocchio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Menichini in the 62nd minute of the match. Florian Finocchio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Poletti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Bestagno's zone, Emilio Poletti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florian Finocchio came out of the goal and Emilio Poletti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Enzo Menichini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Florian Finocchio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Poletti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 80 minutes Bestagno's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Andrea Lalli who took care of the corner kick. Calcio Bagge's Andrea Lalli was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Florian Finocchio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Enzo Menichini's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Florian Finocchio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. If Emilio Poletti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute, Enzo Menichini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Calcio Bagge booed when Bestagno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Mastrocola didn't get a good kick on the ball. 98 minutes into the game, Alessandro Schiacciacasse was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bestagno's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Calcio Bagge the free kick. In the 98th match minute, Bestagno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alessandro Schiacciacasse to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Calcio Bagge had won after a very even match.
