The Viitorul Iasi Sox players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cantonazzo FC were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabio Antonioni made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Cantonazzo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Marcucci came free, but Dino Scrima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fausto Di Claudio got free with Dave Eboli in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dave Eboli made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Flavio Crispino sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Cantonazzo FC's zone, Andrea Mascia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dino Scrima came out of the goal and Andrea Mascia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alex Marcucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dino Scrima having to interfere. A hard shot 62 in the game by Flavio Crispino from a close distance when the talented Dave Eboli managed to make a qualified save. Viitorul Iasi Sox's players were relieved. With his leg Dave Eboli managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Cantonazzo FC's Flavio Crispino fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Arturo Nelli came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Cantonazzo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arturo Nelli couldn't finish the play. Viitorul Iasi Sox's Dave Eboli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Viitorul Iasi Sox from getting a goal against them. Fabio Antonioni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Dino Scrima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77thth minute of the game Flavio Crispino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Viitorul Iasi Sox's Dave Eboli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Viitorul Iasi Sox getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Angelo Orsini hit a great ball. Dave Eboli made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Flavio Crispino sent off a good shot on target. Dino Scrima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Marcucci in the 86th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Fausto Di Claudio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cantonazzo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fausto Di Claudio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cantonazzo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavio Crispino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andrea Mascia hit a great ball. 96 minutes into the game, Flavio Crispino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cantonazzo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Viitorul Iasi Sox the free kick. The Viitorul Iasi Sox fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cantonazzo FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
