In the 5th match minute, Heroito Akkakà was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Cipollone to maneuver through the defense. When Flavio Biondi came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Heroito Akkakà fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavio Biondi couldn't finish the play. Alessio Bearzot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Concetto Villa having to interfere. Heinrich Ziller recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Concetto Villa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heinrich Ziller in the 16th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Alessio Bearzot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute, Heinrich Ziller got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Heroito Akkakà's Flavio Biondi got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Heinrich Ziller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Concetto Brillante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabiano Rossini in the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute Florian Catapano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Concetto Brillante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Concetto Brillante stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florian Catapano's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. In the 37th match minute, Ronco AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Allemandi to maneuver through the defense. Heinrich Ziller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Concetto Villa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. 40 minutes into the game, Flavio Biondi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Concetto Villa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 43 minutes into the match, Heroito Akkakà's Flavio Biondi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Concetto Villa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Donato Rossi during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.

Concetto Brillante was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alberigo Colaussi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 57 minute of play. Fabiano Rossini's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Concetto Brillante skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th match minute, Ronco AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdinando Sabatino to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute of the match Flavio Biondi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Concetto Villa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Heinrich Ziller might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Concetto Villa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Heinrich Ziller ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Ronco AFC's zone, Heinrich Ziller stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Concetto Villa came out of the goal and Heinrich Ziller tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
