Filippo Di Cesare kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Galliate Lombardo AFC's goalkeeper Josué de Moraes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 5 minutes into the game, Enrico Luciano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Galliate Lombardo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Heroito Akkakà the free kick. Enrico Luciano kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Heinrich Ziller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josué de Moraes having to interfere. Merle Dixon struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Josué de Moraes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Heroito Akkakà. 12 minutes into the match, Heroito Akkakà's Merle Dixon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Josué de Moraes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alessio Bearzot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Josué de Moraes made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filippo Di Cesare in the 15th minute of play forced Heroito Akkakà's goalkeeper Concetto Brillante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Heroito Akkakà's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Di Nunzio came free, but Concetto Brillante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute, Filippo Di Cesare ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Concetto Brillante was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Concetto Brillante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magdaleno Santander in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 27th match minute, Heroito Akkakà was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alessio Bearzot to maneuver through the defense. Angelo Di Nunzio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Concetto Brillante didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Filippo Di Cesare went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Merle Dixon's late challenge caught a Galliate Lombardo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Merle Dixon helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Galliate Lombardo AFC booed when Heroito Akkakà was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Merle Dixon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Heroito Akkakà's Concetto Brillante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Di Nunzio in the 39th minute of play. Bernardo Cipollone charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernardo Cipollone the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 39th minute, Bernardo Cipollone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Heroito Akkakà booed when Galliate Lombardo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Di Nunzio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute Filippo Di Cesare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Concetto Brillante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Galliate Lombardo AFC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 54 played minutes Heroito Akkakà got a freekick which was hit by Claudio De Lellis. Galliate Lombardo AFC's Adrianinho Massa shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 55th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Concetto Brillante but with some difficulty. In the 56th match minute, Heroito Akkakà was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Merle Dixon to maneuver through the defense. Concetto Brillante made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angelo Di Nunzio in the 61st minute. Edoardo Cusumano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Concetto Brillante came out and tried to block the shot, but Edoardo Cusumano slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 62nd minute. Concetto Brillante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edoardo Cusumano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute Enrico Luciano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Concetto Brillante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Filippo Di Cesare dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Concetto Brillante, 0-6. In the 85th minute, Edoardo Cusumano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Concetto Brillante was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Heinrich Ziller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Heroito Akkakà's Concetto Brillante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filippo Di Cesare in the 93rd minute of play. Concetto Brillante was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Edoardo Cusumano capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edoardo Cusumano really showed his touch with that goal: 0-9. The Galliate Lombardo AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Galliate Lombardo AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
