The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Domenico Paglione the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Atletico SaraiTu protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Domenico Paglione had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 14 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Atletico SaraiTu! The referee gave MegaraEblea FC a penalty, 16 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Alessio Barchiesi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Atletico SaraiTu's Donato Fagnani. 0-2. Donato Fagnani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvise Patrizi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alvise Patrizi took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Donato Fagnani. Donato Fagnani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 27 minutes into the game, MegaraEblea FC's Alessio Barchiesi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Donato Fagnani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. 31 minutes into the match, Alessio Barchiesi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Donato Fagnani. Atletico SaraiTu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alessio Barchiesi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. If Davide Raniolo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Alvise Patrizi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ernesto Prandini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Donato Fagnani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabrizio Oddi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Atletico SaraiTu's Donato Fagnani got control of the ball when Concetto Macchione tried to sneak it across the goal line. Concetto Macchione might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Donato Fagnani. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Concetto Macchione ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Atletico SaraiTu's zone, Alessio Barchiesi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donato Fagnani came out of the goal and Alessio Barchiesi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alvise Patrizi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Atletico SaraiTu's Donato Fagnani got control of the ball when Davide Raniolo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 59th minute, Concetto Macchione got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Donato Fagnani made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Concetto Macchione sent off a good shot on target. Alvise Patrizi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 64th match minute, MegaraEblea FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvise Patrizi to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, MegaraEblea FC's Alessio Barchiesi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. In the 71st minute Alvise Patrizi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Fagnani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 74 played minutes Atletico SaraiTu got a freekick which was hit by Fabrizio Oddi. When Alvise Patrizi came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the MegaraEblea FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvise Patrizi couldn't finish the play. Alessio Barchiesi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Donato Fagnani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Concetto Macchione could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Donato Fagnani made a huge save. Ernesto Prandini struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Donato Fagnani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MegaraEblea FC. In the 86th match minute, Atletico SaraiTu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Attilio Cirulli to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, Alessio Barchiesi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Donato Fagnani. The goal made the score 0-7. The supporters of MegaraEblea FC booed when Atletico SaraiTu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabrizio Oddi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Atletico SaraiTu fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. MegaraEblea FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
