The supporters of FC New Team booed when A.C. C U R E was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Barducci didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvise Bravo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC New Team's Antonio Colangelo got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of FC New Team booed when A.C. C U R E was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Barducci didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristiano Stumpo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvise Bravo, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Bianco Placidi struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Cosimo Tonon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.C. C U R E. In the 43rd minute Fulvio Cavanna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosimo Tonon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th match minute, FC New Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Pompilio to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Alvise Bravo got free with Cristiano Stumpo in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 55th minute of the match, Armando Di Vito tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cristiano Stumpo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 57 played minutes Antonio Colangelo rounded A.C. C U R E's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-1. After a rather tough play, FC New Team's Arturo Mangione got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After having played for 66 minutes, Alvise Bravo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC New Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvise Bravo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Federico Barducci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fulvio Cavanna hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the match, FC New Team's Antonio Colangelo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristiano Stumpo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 77th minute of the match, Fulvio Lauria got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cristiano Stumpo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Alvise Bravo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Cristiano Stumpo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Fulvio Lauria came free with the goalkeeper in the 82nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Cristiano Stumpo could save by the left post. 83 minutes into the match, FC New Team's goal looked a bit too open when Bianco Placidi came free, but Cosimo Tonon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alberigo Scarpa during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 85th minute, one of A.C. C U R E:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for A.C. C U R E.
