Andrea Gelsomini hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. 8 minutes into the match, Due Sicilie's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Giansante came free, but Fausto Ceci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fausto Ceci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Giansante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valtesino United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ennio Zinni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Flavio Giansante sped through Due Sicilie's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fausto Ceci. Flavio Giansante scored 0-4 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fausto Ceci, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Due Sicilie's Fausto Ceci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Giansante in the 48th minute of play. When Fabio Fiori fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valtesino United's protests and gave Fabio Fiori a yellow card for diving instead. After 64 played minutes Valtesino United got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Fiori. With a little luck, Due Sicilie's Fausto Ceci got control of the ball when Carlo Cugini tried to sneak it across the goal line. Flavio Giansante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Ceci having to interfere. If Carlo Cugini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlo Cugini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Flavio Giansante was extremely unlucky when he, in the 87th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With his leg Fausto Ceci managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when Valtesino United's Carlo Cugini fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Due Sicilie's Andrea Gelsomini got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valtesino United played a much better game than Due Sicilie and deserved their victory. The Due Sicilie players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
