Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Davide Ricciuti took the kick off in the first half of the match. Burnley FC's Arif Oğuz Cantürk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Burnley FC from getting a goal against them. Andrea Gelsomini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Arif Oğuz Cantürk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Davide Ricciuti in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arif Oğuz Cantürk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fausto Ceci came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Burnley FC's Comunardo Tarantini. But to his dismay, Comunardo Tarantini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Due Sicilie's Fausto Ceci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Comunardo Tarantini in the 21st minute of play. Arif Oğuz Cantürk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davide Ricciuti in the 23rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Davide Ricciuti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Due Sicilie's supporters rose to their feet, but Davide Ricciuti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arif Oğuz Cantürk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th minute Comunardo Tarantini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Ceci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fausto Ceci didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Comunardo Tarantini went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Arif Oğuz Cantürk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrea Gelsomini in the 30th minute of the match. Anselmo Barone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 38 minutes into the game, Anthony Sisti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Burnley FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Due Sicilie the free kick. A collision led to Burnley FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Anthony Sisti hit a great ball. In the 39th minute of the match Flavio Epifani sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arif Oğuz Cantürk skillfully saved the ball. Cristiano Brandolini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arif Oğuz Cantürk having to interfere. Burnley FC's Arif Oğuz Cantürk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrea Gelsomini in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Comunardo Tarantini made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrea Gelsomini in the 57th minute of play forced Burnley FC's goalkeeper Arif Oğuz Cantürk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Comunardo Tarantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cristiano Brandolini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Burnley FC's zone, Andrea Gelsomini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arif Oğuz Cantürk came out of the goal and Andrea Gelsomini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Anselmo Barone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the game, Anselmo Barone was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Burnley FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Due Sicilie the free kick. Anselmo Barone kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After 78 played minutes Burnley FC got a freekick which was hit by Anthony Sisti. In the 79thth minute of the game Davide Ricciuti who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Burnley FC's Arif Oğuz Cantürk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Davide Ricciuti came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Due Sicilie fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Davide Ricciuti couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Davide Ricciuti in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arif Oğuz Cantürk saved Burnley FC from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Burnley FC's zone, Cristiano Brandolini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arif Oğuz Cantürk came out of the goal and Cristiano Brandolini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Comunardo Tarantini in the 90th minute of play forced Due Sicilie's goalkeeper Fausto Ceci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arif Oğuz Cantürk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davide Ricciuti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Burnley FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
