Flavio Cera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angelo Corrente read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th minute Alvaro Cinque shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Corrente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in AC TorreDelTrivio 1982's zone, Flavio Cera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelo Corrente came out of the goal and Flavio Cera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Flavio Cera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Angelo Corrente made a huge save. When Emiliano Di Berardino fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AC TorreDelTrivio 1982's protests and gave Emiliano Di Berardino a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd minute, Emiliano Di Berardino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st match minute, AC TorreDelTrivio 1982 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ettore Centofanti to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, AC TorreDelTrivio 1982's Angelo Corrente got control of the ball when Flavio Cera tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alvaro Cinque to strike the kick off in the second half. If Ettore Centofanti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniele Pan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Florian Tocci. Stile Diverso's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Cinque in the 68th minute of play forced AC TorreDelTrivio 1982's goalkeeper Angelo Corrente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emiliano De Grandis hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute, Flavio Cera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Flavio Cera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Angelo Corrente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stile Diverso's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
