Pescara Calcio's Soulis Vaggelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Pallini in the 11th minute of play. Soulis Vaggelis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domenico Albanesi in the 12th minute of the match. Soulis Vaggelis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gordon Forrest, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelo Venditti's late challenge caught a Bassa Valle FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pescara Calcio's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adriano Pallini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. 91 minutes into the match, Pescara Calcio's goalkeeper Soulis Vaggelis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adriano Pallini. Soulis Vaggelis was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Andrea Lio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Andrea Lio really showed his touch with that goal: 2-5.
