Emanuele Aversano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edoardo Romanese, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuele Aversano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthony Di Salvatore in the 23rd minute of play. After 25 minutes, Emanuele Donato made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Ceresāo's Emanuele Aversano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Emanuele Aversano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damiano Chitarroni, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Anthony Di Salvatore's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emanuele Aversano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. 66 minutes into the game, Jesus Ponce was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ceresāo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marinas the free kick. Jesus Ponce hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Emanuele Aversano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damiano Chitarroni went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score.
