The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 10 played minutes No cash for playing got a freekick which was hit by Emanuele Di Bartolo. After 12 minutes of play, S.C. Monte Marino's Alessio Sanna made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Melito was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bruno Melito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dino Ceccarelli was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in No cash for playing's zone, Francesco Primavera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Melito came out of the goal and Francesco Primavera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alessio Sanna scored 7-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Melito, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bruno Melito didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when S.C. Monte Marino's Francesco Primavera. But to his dismay, Francesco Primavera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 14-0. Monte Marino's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
