With a little luck, Capiagio's Achille Guerrieri got control of the ball when Filippo Losito tried to sneak it across the goal line. Achille Guerrieri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Corrado Aversano in the 6th minute of play. Capiagio's Achille Guerrieri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Capiagio from getting a goal against them. Capiagio's Achille Guerrieri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciccio Cardillo in the 11th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Capiagio's goalkeeper Achille Guerrieri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flavio Antonelli. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano Losito in the 19th minute of play forced Capiagio's goalkeeper Achille Guerrieri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Adriano Losito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 25th minute, Flavio Antonelli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Il Reverendo Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Alberto Giancristofaro's late challenge caught a Il Reverendo Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alberto Giancristofaro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 28th minute, Alberto Giancristofaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29thth minute of the game Ciccio Cardillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Capiagio's Achille Guerrieri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Ciccio Cardillo sped through Capiagio's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Achille Guerrieri. Capiagio's Achille Guerrieri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Capiagio from getting a goal against them. 37 minutes into the match, Capiagio's goalkeeper Achille Guerrieri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flavio Antonelli. 43 minutes into the game, Il Reverendo Team's Flavio Antonelli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alberto Giancristofaro was shown his second yellow card after 52 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 52 played minutes Capiagio got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Giancristofaro. Achille Guerrieri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Tatangelo in the 54th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Capiagio's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Losito came free, but Achille Guerrieri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 58 minutes, Donato Tatangelo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Il Reverendo Team and the Capiagio players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 58th minute, Donato Tatangelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donato Tatangelo was shown his second yellow card after 59 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Fortunato Guarisi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Anfilogino Cirone. Il Reverendo Team's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 63 played minutes Capiagio got a freekick which was hit by Amerigo Gallo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano Losito in the 64th minute of play forced Capiagio's goalkeeper Achille Guerrieri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Achille Guerrieri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Antonelli in the 66th minute of play. If Amos Cappucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Achille Guerrieri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano Losito in the 84th minute of the match. 84 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Il Reverendo Team's Adriano Losito fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. After 85 played minutes Il Reverendo Team got a freekick which was hit by Corrado Aversano. 88 minutes into the match, Il Reverendo Team's goalkeeper Anfilogino Cirone had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fortunato Guarisi. Achille Guerrieri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Losito in the 89th minute of play. After 94 minutes of play, Il Reverendo Team's Adriano Losito made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Achille Guerrieri was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Il Reverendo Team players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
