In the 9th minute Francesco Melfi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogumil Wieloch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bogumil Wieloch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francesco Melfi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ermanno Vulcano hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carmine Saturno in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bogumil Wieloch saved U.C. Sampdoria from getting behind. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Biagio Chioda sped through U.C. Sampdoria's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bogumil Wieloch. 19 minutes into the match, U.C. Sampdoria's goal looked a bit too open when Biagio Chioda came free, but Bogumil Wieloch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Carmine Saturno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rombiolo BR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Ettore Feliziani kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Bogumil Wieloch was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. U.C. Sampdoria's Bogumil Wieloch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Biagio Chioda in the 33rd minute of play. After 37 minutes, Ettore Feliziani mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the U.C. Sampdoria and the Rombiolo BR players grew even worse after the yellow card. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristiano Piretti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, U.C. In the 56th minute, Cristiano Piretti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to U.C. Sampdoria getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Ennio Ciscato hit a great ball. U.C. Sampdoria's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Aldo Padula scored to the left of an out of position Bogumil Wieloch, making the score, 0-5. 68 minutes into the game, Carmine Saturno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Bogumil Wieloch was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Carmine Saturno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Bogumil Wieloch made a huge save. Bogumil Wieloch came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Rombiolo BR's Carmine Saturno. But to his dismay, Carmine Saturno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. The supporters of Rombiolo BR booed when U.C. Sampdoria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ettore Feliziani didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ernesto Rivera was extremely unlucky when he, in the 92nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Biagio Chioda fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rombiolo BR's protests and gave Biagio Chioda a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Rombiolo BR getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Biagio Chioda hit a great ball. Rombiolo BR's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
