After some careless play in the Gotham City defense, Filippo Serra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Biagio Lenci. The Gotham City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Biagio Lenci should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Gotham City's Domenico Petrella got a free kick in the 9th minute. 17 minutes into the game, Domenico Petrella was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gotham City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Pozzino the free kick. Domenico Petrella kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Gotham City's CJ Crespo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Dennis Corvasce, made in the 23rd minute of the game. 25 minutes into the match, Real Pozzino's Alfonso Rigoni sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Biagio Lenci narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Real Pozzino's Alfonso Rigoni managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Edoardo Castronovo in the 28 minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Alfonso Rigoni managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Pozzino's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfonso Rigoni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Biagio Lenci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ennio Paolucci hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Filippo Serra might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Biagio Lenci. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Filippo Serra ran back to his position shaking his head. Biagio Lenci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Cappucci in the 38th minute of play. After 39 played minutes Gotham City got a freekick which was hit by CJ Crespo. In the 41st minute, Filippo Serra made a precise shot to the right of Biagio Lenci. Gotham City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Filippo Serra made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Filippo Serra notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Gotham City's Biagio Lenci. Biagio Lenci was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gotham City's Ercole Falone got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 60th match minute, Real Pozzino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso Rigoni to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st match minute, Real Pozzino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilio Iannotti to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the game, Filippo Serra recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Biagio Lenci. Filippo Serra showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Biagio Lenci made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Filippo Serra sent off a good shot on target. Real Pozzino's Alex Cappucci got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Gotham City's Biagio Lenci got control of the ball when Alex Cappucci tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rd minute, CJ Crespo made a precise shot to the right of Donovan Belli. Real Pozzino's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. After 85 played minutes Gotham City got a freekick which was hit by Ennio Paolucci. Ennio Paolucci kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Filippo Serra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Biagio Lenci was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. Alex Cappucci received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Biagio Lenci came out and tried to block the shot, but Alex Cappucci slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 93rd minute. When the final whistle sounded Real Pozzino left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gotham City.
