GS Tor Pignattara's Valer Buceceanu got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Enzo Selvi fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GS Tor Pignattara's protests and gave Enzo Selvi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th minute, Valer Buceceanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aurelio Di Luca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valer Buceceanu in the 13th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valer Buceceanu in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aurelio Di Luca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Daniele Pugliese hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Atletico San Jacopino's goalkeeper Aurelio Di Luca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frederick Desforges. When Atletico San Jacopino's Fedele Marzo in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GS Tor Pignattara's goalie prevented a goal. Aurelio Di Luca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valer Buceceanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Arif Oğuz Seyban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Sandalio in the 23rd minute of play. Daniele Pugliese could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Aurelio Di Luca made a huge save. With an all-out effort, GS Tor Pignattara's Aurelio Di Luca threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Valer Buceceanu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The nice shot from Frederick Desforges in the 34thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Aurelio Di Luca had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Arif Oğuz Seyban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Er Didia in the 44th minute of the match. Daniele Pugliese could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Aurelio Di Luca made a huge save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valer Buceceanu made a kick off. Armando Di Prinzio hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Aurelio Di Luca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frederick Desforges, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aurelio Di Luca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filippo Terenzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. If Frederick Desforges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Atletico San Jacopino's Nik Tjæder fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. With an all-out effort, Atletico San Jacopino's Arif Oğuz Seyban threw himself towards the right post 68 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nik Tjæder, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 69th minute Atletico San Jacopino were awarded a corner. Sergio Sandalio went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Nik Tjæder got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arif Oğuz Seyban quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Aurelio Di Luca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniele Pugliese in the 71st minute of play. Valer Buceceanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aurelio Di Luca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Atletico San Jacopino made a substitution. Anselmo Moretta replaced Anselmo De Gregorio. When Valer Buceceanu came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the GS Tor Pignattara fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valer Buceceanu couldn't finish the play. 86 minutes into the match, GS Tor Pignattara's goal looked a bit too open when Fedele Marzo came free, but Arif Oğuz Seyban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87thth minute of the game Valer Buceceanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atletico San Jacopino's Aurelio Di Luca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to GS Tor Pignattara getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Filippo Terenzi hit a great ball. In the 90th minute, Valer Buceceanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Valer Buceceanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arif Oğuz Seyban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nik Tjæder in the 94th minute of the match. Filippo Terenzi kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Atletico San Jacopino eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
