The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Fulvio Carosella came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the BASTA COSì fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fulvio Carosella couldn't finish the play. In the 5th minute, Amadeu Quintal made a precise shot to the right of Alvaro Magno. Rampante Balocco's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Fabrizio Vulcano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The BASTA COSì fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when BASTA COSì's Amadeu Quintal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Alvaro Magno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeu Quintal in the 12th minute of play. Alvaro Magno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amadeu Quintal's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Domenico Ceci charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Domenico Ceci the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Rampante Balocco getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Domenico Ceci hit a great ball. In the 18th minute, Alvaro Lalli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, BASTA COSì's Jacob Richer got control of the ball when Alvaro Lalli tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rdth minute of the game Amadeu Quintal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rampante Balocco's Alvaro Magno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 25th minute, Amadeu Quintal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alvaro Magno was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 28th minute Amadeu Quintal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Magno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 31 minutes, Amadeu Quintal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BASTA COSì's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amadeu Quintal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amadeu Quintal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alvaro Magno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Amadeu Quintal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alvaro Magno. Rampante Balocco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amadeu Quintal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amadeu Quintal in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alvaro Magno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Liu Nan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Fulvio Carosella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Alfredão Laguna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BASTA COSì fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amadeu Quintal to make the kick off. Amadeu Quintal did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-9 to the left of a surprised Alvaro Magno 54 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the match, Rampante Balocco's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrizio Vulcano came free, but Alvaro Magno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeu Quintal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alvaro Magno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. In the 65th minute, BASTA COSì's Alfredão Laguna ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alvaro Magno. Alvaro Magno yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. Amadeu Quintal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alvaro Magno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amadeu Quintal's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 0-11 when Amadeu Quintal sped through Rampante Balocco's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alvaro Magno. After 73 minutes, Amadeu Quintal made it 0-12 with a short kick to the right side. Rampante Balocco's Alvaro Magno tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 92nd minute Dino Albertini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Magno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, Fabrizio Vulcano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alvaro Magno. Fabrizio Vulcano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-14.
