After a rather tough play, GS Tor Pignattara's Frederick Desforges got a free kick in the 8th minute. GS Tor Pignattara's Arif Oğuz Seyban proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save GS Tor Pignattara from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, GS Tor Pignattara's Arif Oğuz Seyban got control of the ball when Gert Jan Knopper tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Valer Buceceanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, fuegos's Arif Oğuz Seyban threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Antonello Corleone, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Frederick Desforges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valer Buceceanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Felice Di Toro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valer Buceceanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonello Corleone in the 46th minute of play forced GS Tor Pignattara's goalkeeper Arif Oğuz Seyban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gert Jan Knopper stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Gert Jan Knopper came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the fuegos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gert Jan Knopper couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frederick Desforges got free with Felice Di Toro in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 58th minute, GS Tor Pignattara's Frederick Desforges dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. In the 63rd minute, Valer Buceceanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GS Tor Pignattara fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. A collision led to GS Tor Pignattara getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Faustino Tejeido hit a great ball. fuegos were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after GS Tor Pignattara's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Christian Fracassi took the corner. fuegos's Aldo Costacurta was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arif Oğuz Seyban in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. GS Tor Pignattara's Frederick Desforges got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arif Oğuz Seyban took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonello Corleone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valer Buceceanu in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Felice Di Toro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frederick Desforges could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Felice Di Toro made a huge save. In the 86th minute GS Tor Pignattara were awarded a corner. Daniele Pugliese went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on GS Tor Pignattara's corner Daniele Pugliese fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Felice Di Toro quite easily take care of the ball. 93 minutes into the match, fuegos's goal looked a bit too open when Valer Buceceanu came free, but Felice Di Toro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, fuegos's Felice Di Toro got control of the ball when Valer Buceceanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. GS Tor Pignattara had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
