After 26 minutes of play, fuegos's Gert Jan Knopper made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Comunardo Buccella was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 30th minute, Diego Pantani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 33 minutes into the match, Gert Jan Knopper had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Comunardo Buccella. Sativa Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gert Jan Knopper was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After 41 minutes of play, fuegos's Gert Jan Knopper made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Comunardo Buccella was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gert Jan Knopper to make the kick off. Comunardo Buccella was out of position in the 51 minute of play, and Gert Jan Knopper capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal.
