The supporters of Frattocchie booed when Guantai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Sammartano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eugenio Dionisi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nico Gaúcho, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. When Flavio Zacchia came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Guantai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavio Zacchia couldn't finish the play. When Eugenio Totaro fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Frattocchie's protests and gave Eugenio Totaro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10th minute Alberigo Muciaccia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Formaggio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donato Sammartano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Formaggio having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Guantai's goal looked a bit too open when Tymoteusz Raschke came free, but Eugenio Dionisi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugenio Dionisi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nico Gaúcho in the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Frattocchie's goalkeeper Alexander Formaggio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Guantai were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Frattocchie's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alberigo Muciaccia took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Alberigo Muciaccia got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alexander Formaggio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Donato Sammartano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute Concetto Lo Iacono shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Dionisi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guantai's Eugenio Dionisi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nico Gaúcho in the 26th minute of play. If Flavio Zacchia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexander Formaggio made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Federico Riva sent off a good shot on target. Flavio Zacchia might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alexander Formaggio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Flavio Zacchia ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 32nd minute Nico Gaúcho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Dionisi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guantai's Eugenio Dionisi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Concetto Lo Iacono in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th minute, Tymoteusz Raschke made a precise shot to the right of Eugenio Dionisi. Guantai's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 39th match minute, Guantai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Zacchia to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes into the match, Flavio Zacchia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alexander Formaggio, 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The wind increased when Flavio Zacchia made the kick off in the second half. Alexander Formaggio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Zacchia, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 64th minute, Concetto Lo Iacono hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute Flavio Zacchia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Formaggio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Federico Riva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexander Formaggio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Zacchia in the 78th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Federico Riva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nico Gaúcho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Eugenio Dionisi made a huge save. Eugenio Dionisi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marin Petrović in the 86th minute. Flavio Zacchia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Formaggio having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
