After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Bernardo Tammaro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caledonia Invicta's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardo Tammaro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hans Stenqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 10th minute Bernardo Tammaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans Stenqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 11 minutes, Cristoforo Maiorano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caledonia Invicta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristoforo Maiorano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Caledonia Invicta getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Fabrizio Oroni hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernardo Tammaro got free with Hans Stenqvist in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Filippo Barresi fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Rieti's protests and gave Filippo Barresi a yellow card for diving instead. After 15 played minutes FC Rieti got a freekick which was hit by Filippo Barresi. Bernardo Tammaro did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Hans Stenqvist 17 minutes into the match. After having played for 20 minutes, Fabrizio Angelici managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caledonia Invicta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabrizio Angelici was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 22 minutes into the game, Fabrizio Oroni recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hans Stenqvist. Fabrizio Oroni showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Hans Stenqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabrizio Angelici in the 26th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabrizio Angelici in the 29th minute of play forced FC Rieti's goalkeeper Hans Stenqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, FC Rieti's Hans Stenqvist got control of the ball when Cristoforo Maiorano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fausto Giancola hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Fabrizio Angelici was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 31st minute. Caledonia Invicta's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Cristoforo Maiorano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Hans Stenqvist made a huge save. 36 minutes into the game, Caledonia Invicta's Cristoforo Maiorano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hans Stenqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After 40th play minutes Bernardo Tammaro shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Hans Stenqvist and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 45th minute, Fabrizio Angelici got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernardo Tammaro got free with Hans Stenqvist in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Bernardo Tammaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernardo Tammaro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Caledonia Invicta's Fabrizio Oroni was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hans Stenqvist in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 54 minutes into the game, Fabrizio Angelici cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Hans Stenqvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fabrizio Oroni kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Bernardo Tammaro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hans Stenqvist. FC Rieti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernardo Tammaro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. If Cristoforo Maiorano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fausto Giancola's late challenge caught a Caledonia Invicta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fausto Giancola helped the player get up and apologised. Fausto Giancola hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Hans Stenqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Laurențiu Sima went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. Laurențiu Sima scored 10-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hans Stenqvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hans Stenqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Tammaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Bernardo Tammaro put it in 11-0 from a short distance just to the right of Hans Stenqvist. Hans Stenqvist came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Caledonia Invicta's Laurențiu Sima. But to his dismay, Laurențiu Sima quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. The supporters of FC Rieti booed when Caledonia Invicta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristoforo Maiorano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hans Stenqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernardo Tammaro went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 13-0 was the resulting score. Bernardo Tammaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Caledonia Invicta walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
