Eugenio Dionisi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Frank Fabrizi's late challenge caught a Guantai's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frank Fabrizi helped the player get up and apologised. After 34 played minutes Vespolate got a freekick which was hit by Frank Fabrizi. In the 36th minute, Dennis Di Giambattista left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guantai fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Eugenio Dionisi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrea Ciarrocchi in the 43rd minute of play. Dennis Di Giambattista kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Fabrizi to make the kick off. In the 82nd minute Dennis Di Giambattista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beppe Liaci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
