When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Achille Mastronardi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Alfonso Baldassarre made a huge save. Eugenio Orlandi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alfonso Baldassarre came out and tried to block the shot, but Eugenio Orlandi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 55th minute. 59 minutes into the match, FC Remug Red Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Ermanno Tripodi came free, but Ferdinando Capuozzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Remug Red Devils's Ferdinando Capuozzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerasim Kaymakanov in the 63rd minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Remug Red Devils eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
