In the 75th minute, Guantai's Federico Riva ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fedele Savini. Fedele Savini yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. Guantai's attentive Florian Guerrieri managed to snatch the ball when Fabiano Munno made a throw-in in the 81st minute of the game. Fedele Savini was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Flavio Zacchia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Flavio Zacchia really showed his touch with that goal: 0-10. 91 minutes into the game, Guantai's Flavio Zacchia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fedele Savini made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-11. Flavio Zacchia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Barcelona Viper fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Guantai were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
