Francesco Abete hit a great ball. 11 minutes into the match, Garbatella AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Carter Cerasoli came free, but Fabrizio Colelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Fabrizio Oroni notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Garbatella AFC's Fabrizio Colelli. Fabrizio Colelli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 26 minutes of play, Caledonia Invicta's Cristoforo Maiorano made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bernardo Tammaro was the one to do the kick off. Fabrizio Colelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrizio Oroni, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. When Caledonia Invicta's Cristoforo Maiorano, in the 67th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Caledonia Invicta. Caledonia Invicta's Filippo Orsini was substituted for Carter Cerasoli. When Cristoforo Maiorano came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Caledonia Invicta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristoforo Maiorano couldn't finish the play. In the 74th minute, Bernardo Tammaro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Caledonia Invicta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthony Pomponio in the 78th minute of play forced Caledonia Invicta's goalkeeper Gabino Valcarcel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Caledonia Invicta booed when Garbatella AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francesco Abete didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabrizio Colelli came out of the goal and Laurențiu Sima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Caledonia Invicta walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
