Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Vespolate's Frank Fabrizi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 10 minutes into the game, Guantai's Donato Sammartano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Beppe Liaci made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Andrea Ciarrocchi hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Beppe Liaci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Sammartano in the 20th minute of play. Alfredo De Marchi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Eugenio Dionisi made a huge save. After 26 played minutes Vespolate got a freekick which was hit by Fabrizio Giordano. Beppe Liaci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Riva in the 31st minute of the match. After 37 played minutes Vespolate got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo De Marchi. In the 37th minute, Alberigo Muciaccia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39thth minute of the game Donato Sammartano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vespolate's Beppe Liaci was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Federico Riva during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Guantai getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Federico Riva hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 53rd match minute, Guantai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Di Maio to maneuver through the defense. Eugenio Dionisi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmondo Domenghini in the 56th minute of play. With a little luck, Vespolate's Beppe Liaci got control of the ball when Federico Riva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Flavio Zacchia struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Beppe Liaci didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guantai. After 74 played minutes Vespolate got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Ferrini. Beppe Liaci had great luck who in the 76thth minute grab hold of the ball when Flavio Zacchia from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Flavio Zacchia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Beppe Liaci came out and tried to block the shot, but Flavio Zacchia slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 80th minute. 84 minutes into the match, Vespolate's goalkeeper Beppe Liaci had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Donato Sammartano. 87 minutes into the match, Guantai's Donato Sammartano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Beppe Liaci narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Beppe Liaci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Zacchia, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 94 minutes into the match, Flavio Zacchia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Beppe Liaci, 0-4.
