The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Gheorghe Ciolpan made a precise shot to the right of Beppe Liaci. Vespolate's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Vespolate's Beppe Liaci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gualter Quintal in the 7th minute of play. Beppe Liaci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualter Quintal in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, ChupaBonito's Gheorghe Ciolpan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Beppe Liaci made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 14th match minute, ChupaBonito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amos Rullo to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, Vespolate's goal looked a bit too open when Gualter Quintal came free, but Beppe Liaci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beppe Liaci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gheorghe Ciolpan in the 18th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Gheorghe Ciolpan notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Vespolate's Beppe Liaci. Beppe Liaci was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amos Rullo in the 26th minute of play forced Vespolate's goalkeeper Beppe Liaci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Amos Rullo notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Vespolate's Beppe Liaci. Beppe Liaci was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Andrea Ciarrocchi hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. The ChupaBonito fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when ChupaBonito's Gualter Quintal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Beppe Liaci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gualter Quintal in the 36th minute of the match. The supporters of Vespolate booed when ChupaBonito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualter Quintal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th match minute, ChupaBonito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Romano to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the game, Ezequiel Segio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ChupaBonito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vespolate the free kick. Ezequiel Segio kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Fabrizi to make the kick off. A collision led to Vespolate getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Frank Fabrizi hit a great ball. Gheorghe Ciolpan struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Beppe Liaci didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ChupaBonito. In the 62nd minute Amos Rullo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beppe Liaci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adriano Petrella took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmondo Domenghini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adriano Petrella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo De Marchi in the 65th minute of play. Edmondo Giampieri was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 67 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, Edmondo Giampieri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ChupaBonito's Fausto Carbonetti took a good shot, in the 69th minute, which hit the crossbar above Beppe Liaci's head, and flew over the goal. Vespolate's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by ChupaBonito. After 72 minutes of play, ChupaBonito's Amos Rullo made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Beppe Liaci was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Vespolate's Beppe Liaci got control of the ball when Gualter Quintal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Beppe Liaci didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gheorghe Ciolpan went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. In the 87th minute Frank Fabrizi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adriano Petrella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Gheorghe Ciolpan fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ChupaBonito's protests and gave Gheorghe Ciolpan a yellow card for diving instead. Gheorghe Ciolpan hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. A collision led to ChupaBonito getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Edoardo Di Nardo hit a great ball. Ernesto Imperiale took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Adriano Petrella. ChupaBonito's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Vespolate fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ChupaBonito were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
