Amedeo Tedeschi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armin Righi having to interfere. With a little luck, Legio Marconi's Elia Zuccarini got control of the ball when İbrahim Ethem Sahir tried to sneak it across the goal line. Armin Righi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amedeo Tedeschi in the 8th minute of play. Felice Del Pizzo kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Elia Zuccarini was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Alberto Oroni capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alberto Oroni really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After 19 minutes Ackermans's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antonello Di Clemente who took care of the corner kick. In the 20th minute, Gaffar Paşa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Elia Zuccarini. The goal made the score 2-0. 27 minutes into the match, Gaffar Paşa notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Legio Marconi's Elia Zuccarini. Elia Zuccarini was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alberto Oroni during the 30th minute. Armin Righi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesare Sartori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elia Zuccarini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaffar Paşa in the 65th minute of play. Davide Di Gennaro charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Legio Marconi's Elia Zuccarini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaffar Paşa in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ackermans fans cheered their team off the field, for while Legio Marconi had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
