Spectators: 7972 (Terracing: 5980, Seating: 1834, VIP seats: 158) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Emanuele Giardino started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Antonio Giusti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosso Gialli FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Antonio Giusti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Corrado Proia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Emanuele Giardino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aurelio Scalabrino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corrado Proia having to interfere. 9 minutes into the game, Carter Costacurta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Puciu F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rosso Gialli FC the free kick. The supporters of Rosso Gialli FC booed when Puciu F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carter Costacurta didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Antonio Giusti notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Puciu F.C.'s Corrado Proia. Corrado Proia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Corrado Proia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emanuele Giardino went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Corrado Proia came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Rosso Gialli FC's Ciccio Mangione. But to his dismay, Ciccio Mangione quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emanuele Giardino in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Corrado Proia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Emanuele Giardino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Corrado Proia was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. In the 26th minute Antonio Giusti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corrado Proia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Corrado Proia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuele Giardino in the 31st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Emanuele Giardino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Corrado Proia was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. After 37 minutes, Aurelio Ascenzi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Puciu F.C. and the Rosso Gialli FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th match minute, Puciu F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Ascenzi to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the game, Emanuele Giardino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Corrado Proia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Puciu F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rosso Gialli FC were winning 0-7.

Carter Costacurta kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 56 minutes into the game, when Alvaro Melfi put in a rough tackle. 56 minutes into the game, one of Rosso Gialli FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuele Giardino in the 75th minute of play forced Puciu F.C.'s goalkeeper Corrado Proia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Corrado Proia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emanuele Giardino's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. 78 minutes into the game, Ferdinando Astolfi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-9. Corrado Proia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 81 minutes, Antonio Giusti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosso Gialli FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antonio Giusti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Emanuele Giardino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aurelio Scalabrino kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Aurelio Scalabrino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Puciu F.C.'s goalkeeper Corrado Proia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Emanuele Giardino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Aurelio Scalabrino came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Rosso Gialli FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurelio Scalabrino couldn't finish the play. Corrado Proia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emanuele Giardino's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Corrado Proia was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aurelio Scalabrino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-10 in the 98 minute of play. Rosso Gialli FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
