Spectators: 8126 (Terracing: 6096, Seating: 1869, VIP seats: 161) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Giovanni Lovera took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute the ball was on its way in behind AC Milan's goalkeeper Fabrizio Nobile, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Achille Scudieri during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 8 played minutes AC Milan got a freekick which was hit by Achille Scudieri. Ronaldinho Malandrovsky received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fabrizio Nobile came out and tried to block the shot, but Ronaldinho Malandrovsky slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. If Ennio Piccone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Alessandria AFC's Ronaldinho Malandrovsky slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fabrizio Nobile. That made the score 2-0 after 23 minutes of play. Fabrizio Nobile was a little too slow when Ennio Piccone got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 3-0. After some careless play in the AC Milan defense, Ronaldinho Malandrovsky kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabrizio Nobile. The AC Milan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabrizio Nobile should have stopped the shot. 33 minutes into the game, Alessandria AFC's Ronaldinho Malandrovsky nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabrizio Nobile made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Ronaldinho Malandrovsky received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Fabrizio Nobile tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabrizio Nobile stood somewhat misplaced when Ronaldinho Malandrovsky came free in front of goal and shot 6-0 to the left of him in the 38 minute. 44 minutes into the match, AC Milan's goalkeeper Fabrizio Nobile had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ennio Piccone. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eraldo Sebastiani to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Giovanni Lovera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrizio Nobile saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alessandria AFC were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after AC Milan's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bruno Roberto took the corner. Alessandria AFC's Bruno Roberto was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fabrizio Nobile in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Fabrizio Nobile showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldinho Malandrovsky, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 7-0 became the score in the 60th minute when Giovanni Lovera elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. AC Milan's Fabrizio Nobile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ennio Piccone in the 64th minute of play. A collision led to AC Milan getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Enzo Rossini hit a great ball. The Alessandria AFC fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Alessandria AFC's Giovanni Lovera looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Fabrizio Nobile made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ennio Piccone in the 71st minute of play. Felice Aversano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 88 played minutes AC Milan got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Cabrini. The supporters of Alessandria AFC booed when AC Milan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edoardo Mirto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bruno Roberto struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Fabrizio Nobile didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alessandria AFC. AC Milan's Fabrizio Nobile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giovanni Lovera in the 94th minute of play. Giovanni Lovera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the Alessandria AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
