With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armando Bonelli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 21st minute, Cesare Loreto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Comunardo Pascali was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Fortunato Di Tullio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armando Bonelli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. In the 27thth minute of the game Vadim Tudor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sorci Viola's Armando Bonelli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arturo Di Sipio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Comunardo Pascali made a huge save. In the 35th minute, Demetrio Corleone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Comunardo Pascali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Di Sipio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 39 minutes, Vadim Tudor made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Sorci Viola's Armando Bonelli tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
