Spectators: 8024 (Terracing: 6020, Seating: 1845, VIP seats: 159) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfredo Ramoser started the match with the kick off. In the 8th minute Armando Cerasoli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Corvasce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Donato Liaci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Demetrio Di Michele took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Guadagnoli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marsignano FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alfredo Ramoser in the 16th minute. Alfredo Ramoser recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Elia Piscitelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dario Farina kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Marsignano FC's zone, Armando Cerasoli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavio Corvasce came out of the goal and Armando Cerasoli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Demetrio Di Michele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Liaci in the 29th minute of the match. Armando Cerasoli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Damiano Ascani struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Flavio Corvasce didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Road Runner Team. Flavio Corvasce made an important save on a dangerous shot by Armando Cerasoli in the 36th minute. After 38 played minutes Road Runner Team got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Di Nardo. Demetrio Di Michele showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulvio Sebastiani, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Marsignano FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alfredo Ramoser in the 42nd minute. Alfredo Ramoser made a great header on Marsignano FC's corner, it was just that Road Runner Team's Demetrio Di Michele managed to reach the ball for a save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Damiano Ascani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Armando Guadagnoli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute Diego Pasquale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Corvasce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Demetrio Di Michele showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Guadagnoli, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After 75 played minutes Road Runner Team got a freekick which was hit by Edoardo Cherubini. Demetrio Di Michele came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Marsignano FC's Alfredo Ramoser. But to his dismay, Alfredo Ramoser quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Damiano Ascani came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Road Runner Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damiano Ascani couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dario Farina during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dario Farina hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute of the match Diego Pasquale sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Flavio Corvasce skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Cerasoli in the 92nd minute of play forced Marsignano FC's goalkeeper Flavio Corvasce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Liaci in the 95th minute of play forced Road Runner Team's goalkeeper Demetrio Di Michele to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Marsignano FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
