He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ernesto Sansoni. If Amerigo Pugliese had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alvaro Piola to make the kick off. Anfilogino Pasquino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ernesto Sansoni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Alvaro Cara made a precise shot to the right of Ernesto Sansoni. San Giorgio's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 12-0. In the 94th minute, Anfilogino Pasquino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ternana calcio fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ternana calcio fc had played much better football throughout.
