Spectators: 8020 (Terracing: 6017, Seating: 1844, VIP seats: 159) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frank Moscatelli started the match with the kick off. PULCINI's Alessandro Di Gaetano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edoardo Martini in the 5th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Cosimo Festuccia lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Alessandro Di Gaetano. Alessandro Di Gaetano came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Gom Gom FC's Cosimo Festuccia. But to his dismay, Cosimo Festuccia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 26th minute, Frank Moscatelli made a precise shot to the right of Alessandro Di Gaetano. PULCINI's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 29th match minute, PULCINI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elia Anastasi to maneuver through the defense. Cosimo Festuccia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Alessandro Di Gaetano made a huge save. In the 31st minute Edoardo Martini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alessandro Di Gaetano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Edoardo Martini's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alessandro Di Gaetano was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Edoardo Martini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Teo Calvet made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Frank Moscatelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alessandro Di Gaetano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frank Moscatelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 56 minutes into the match, PULCINI's goal looked a bit too open when Edoardo Martini came free, but Alessandro Di Gaetano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alessandro Di Gaetano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cosimo Festuccia went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edoardo Martini in the 71st minute of play forced PULCINI's goalkeeper Alessandro Di Gaetano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alessandro Di Gaetano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Moscatelli in the 72nd minute of play. Gom Gom FC's Cristoforo Epifani was substituted for Cosimo Festuccia. PULCINI's Alessandro Di Gaetano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Moscatelli in the 82nd minute of play. Alessandro Di Gaetano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edoardo Martini, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frank Moscatelli in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alessandro Di Gaetano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alessandro Di Gaetano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edoardo Martini went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. If Frank Moscatelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alessandro Di Gaetano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edoardo Martini went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. There was no doubt that Gom Gom FC were the better team. Gom Gom FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
