Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Axa's Alberigo Marchetti started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Concetto Liberati came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Winning Eleven's Filippo Chitarroni. But to his dismay, Filippo Chitarroni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Axa's Concetto Liberati played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Trinca in the 7th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberigo Marchetti in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diego Aloisi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Elia Cacciatore struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Concetto Liberati didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Winning Eleven. Alberigo Marchetti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Diego Aloisi made a huge save. Alberigo Marchetti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Diego Aloisi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Axa were awarded a corner. Alessio Passerini went to the cornerflag to take it. Axa's Alessio Passerini was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Diego Aloisi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 29 minutes into the match, Winning Eleven's goalkeeper Diego Aloisi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amos Fava. After a rather tough play, Winning Eleven's Filippo Chitarroni got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Aldo Lucantoni kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Axa's Concetto Liberati played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ercole Romanese in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Frank Trinca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Winning Eleven fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 39thth minute of the game Alberigo Marchetti who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Winning Eleven's Diego Aloisi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 41 minutes into the game, Frank Trinca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Concetto Liberati was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Diego Aloisi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberigo Marchetti, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Amos Fava received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Diego Aloisi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alberigo Marchetti's late challenge caught a Winning Eleven's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alberigo Marchetti helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Winning Eleven booed when Axa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberigo Marchetti didn't get a good kick on the ball.
