Antonello Ranieri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Piola in the 9th minute of play. Alberto Iezzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Ernesto Sansoni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Stintino FC's Arrigo Iannucci dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Ernesto Sansoni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arrigo Iannucci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Iezzi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ernesto Sansoni having to make a save. In the 17th minute, Elia Volta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Arrigo Iannucci put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ernesto Sansoni. When Ciro Masetti fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Giorgio's protests and gave Ciro Masetti a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th match minute, San Giorgio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Masetti to maneuver through the defense. Ernesto Sansoni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Attilio Losito in the 30th minute. Alberto Iezzi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Ernesto Sansoni made a huge save. Ernesto Sansoni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arrigo Iannucci in the 34th minute of play. Ernesto Sansoni was out of position in the 44 minute of play, and Arrigo Iannucci capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arrigo Iannucci really showed his touch with that goal: 6-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Arrigo Iannucci made the kick off in the second half. Stintino FC's Arrigo Iannucci got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Arrigo Iannucci's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ernesto Sansoni was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. 60 minutes into the game, Stintino FC's Alberto Iezzi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ernesto Sansoni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Attilio Losito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stintino FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Attilio Losito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernesto Sansoni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ciro Morini in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Attilio Losito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Sansoni having to interfere. Attilio Losito struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Ernesto Sansoni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stintino FC. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Arrigo Iannucci put it in 12-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ernesto Sansoni. Arrigo Iannucci took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ernesto Sansoni. Ernesto Sansoni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arrigo Iannucci in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ernesto Sansoni saved San Giorgio from getting behind. There was no doubt that Stintino FC were the better team. Stintino FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
