Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alvaro Piola kicked off to start the match. When Arrigo Iannucci came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Stintino FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arrigo Iannucci couldn't finish the play. 0-1 became the score in the 11th minute when Alberto Iezzi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 17th match minute, San Giorgio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eraldo Domenici to maneuver through the defense. Attilio Losito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 20 minutes of play, Stintino FC's Arrigo Iannucci made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ernesto Sansoni was left in no man's land by his defense there! He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Stintino FC reached it. 36 minutes into the game, Stintino FC's Attilio Losito nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ernesto Sansoni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Alberto Iezzi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ernesto Sansoni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Stintino FC's Alberto Iezzi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ernesto Sansoni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. In the 47th minute, Alex Rizzo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ernesto Sansoni was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. The San Giorgio players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Stintino FC were winning 0-8.

Ernesto Sansoni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Rizzo in the 54th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Alberto Iezzi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ernesto Sansoni. That made the score 0-9 in the 56 minute of play. San Giorgio's Ernesto Sansoni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arrigo Iannucci in the 60th minute of play. Ernesto Sansoni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Iezzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 63 minutes, Elia Volta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Giorgio and the Stintino FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, San Giorgio's Elia Volta got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Ernesto Sansoni made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Arrigo Iannucci sent off a good shot on target. Stintino FC's Antonello Ranieri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Morini in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th match minute, San Giorgio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristiano Pavlu to maneuver through the defense. Arrigo Iannucci did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-12 to the left of a surprised Ernesto Sansoni 86 minutes into the match. Attilio Losito might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ernesto Sansoni. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Attilio Losito ran back to his position shaking his head. San Giorgio's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Alberto Iezzi scored to the left of an out of position Ernesto Sansoni, making the score, 0-13. Ernesto Sansoni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Attilio Losito in the 93rd minute. Ernesto Sansoni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Attilio Losito's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. When the match was over Stintino FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than San Giorgio throughout the match.
